2.Atmosphere: a moderate degree of authenticity and indiginous flavour - must iminate a feeling of warmth …….. in welcoming italian house.
3. Cleanliness!

The (1 lowest, 6 highest) indicate the degree of quality. Yet, cleanliness remains a must!
